Explore Columbus with an artist’s eye this season. VISUAL ART The Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens will twinkle and glow this fall when British light artist Bruce Munro’s unique light installations illuminate the gardens. Munro’s celebrated “Water Towers” and “Field of Light” 12
will join other acclaimed pieces, as well as neverbefore-seen installations. Visit the Conservatory at twilight on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, Sept. 25-Feb. 8, for an especially breathtaking view. Contemporary art will fill the inaugural exhibit of the Pizzuti Collection, opening
Sept. 7. Abstract art will reside inside, while largerthan-life sculptures occupy the gardens. Paintings by Columbusnative George Bellows will be on display at the Columbus Museum of Art Aug. 23-Jan. 4.
