VACANCY - R&D MATERIALS ENGINEER Starting date: as soon as possible. Full time.
The job: You will be a key team member of the R&D team. Your responsibilities include testing, analysis and development of new products, all related to inorganic material systems for 3D printing. You will make recommendations for new products or hybrid formulations, related to data gathered by your R&D team or to data gathered from our sales and marketing deparment whilst carefully balancing product specifications, process requirements, complexity and cost. About us: We are CONCR3DE, a startup team of designers and engineers on a mission to change the way we build our world. We want to give people the tools to create a new kind of architecture, a new kind of design and a new approach to manufacturing. Sustainability, beauty and seamless integration are in our DNA. We build large scale inkjet 3D printers that use our patented inorganic polymer material systems to create custom, highly precise stone parts that find their use in fields ranging from restoration to heavy industry. We recently acquired funding and are ready to expand the team and grow our business.

Our perfect candidate has: A recently completed degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or material sciences Skilled in common lab tools and processes In depth knowledge on inorganic polymers is an asset An independent and curious mindset Affinity with 3D printing and inkjet technology is an asset. Fluent English is required. Dutch is an asset.
