Fast, strong, permanent floor repairs Up to eight times stronger than concrete, Concrex is our best-selling floor repair mortar. Just mix and apply in minutes, for repairs with outstanding abrasion and chemical resistance. It achieves maximum strength at 5mm, so it’s ideal for repairing holes before they get too big. Repair damaged concrete as low as -20°C Concrex® Sub Zero is for thin section repairs and feather edge repairs which have to be undertaken in freezing conditions. The latest version incorporates polyaspartic technology and will cure as low as -20°C. Watco Cold Set Coating is an advanced new formula which allows floors to be coated at low temperatures. It is ideal for refurbishment and maintenance in unheated areas during the winter months when conventional coatings will fail to dry. Its exceptional resistance to UV also makes it ideal for exterior applications.

Watco Resiflow is an excellent choice for heavy wear areas. Simply mix and pour, then spread with the Resiflow Applicator and the product ‘self levels’ to a hardwearing surface. Running a spiked roller over the surface prevents air bubbles. Our new formula will tolerate some damp, which can be useful if the floor has been washed down prior to application. The thick, satin screed helps fill and disguise imperfections in the floor. Self levelling epoxy screeds generally need a primer, but this formula does not.

Watco Epoxy Grip Strip is a highly effective and extremely versatile anti slip treatment. Simply spread the black epoxy resin paste between two lines of self adhesive tape 1mm thick, and sprinkle the grit on to the paste. Remove the tape to leave a tough black strip with a slip resistant finish. We suggest one or more 15mm wide strips, 50mm apart. Cut tube to required length using a chop saw with a metal cutting blade. 2. The pre-drilled fixing holes would usually be removed during the cutting process and will need to be re-drilled to allow for components to be fixed to the tube. 3. Measure 31mm in from the newly cut length of tube and mark centrally in accord with the predrilled holes at the other end of the tube. 4. Pilot drill a hole between 3mm and 5mm through one side of the tube. (Repeat this process on both sides of the tube.) 5. Drill 12mm holes through both sides of the tube using the pilot holes as a guide. 6. Using a cutting knife, bevel the PVC outer around the 12mm drilled hole to allow security fixing to pull down flush to follow with the pre-drilled holes maintaining the aesthetics of the product.

Watco Solar Reflective Coating is enhanced with fine glass microspheres to maximise solar reflection and surface cooling. Testing has shown that it reflects 89% of infra red radiation and 94% of visible light. Total Solar Reflectance (TSR) value = 88% (copies of the test certificate are available on request). It is capable of withstanding up to 10 years or more of extreme weather and temperature changes. Safer maintenance or emergency access across roofs A cold applied, tough liquid membrane to seal roofs with the added benefit of a coarse, slip resistant surface. Apply a base coat of Watco Liquid Roof Membrane (p96) followed by a top coat of Anti Slip Liquid Roof Membrane. A flexible waterproofer for balconies and walkways Watco Balcony Coating is a hard wearing, flexible waterproofing coating ideal for balconies or external walkways where water ingress can cause problems. It fills hairline cracks and helps prevent the penetration of rainwater and moisture. Because it is applied as a liquid, it can be used to protect around pipes, rainwater outlets and protrusions more effectively than sheet materials. We recommend that cracks or floor/wall joints are bridged with Watco Fibreglass Tape in conjunction with Watco Balcony Coating. • Excellent waterproofing properties • Permanently flexible anti slip surface – will not split with the movement of the substrate • Resistant to weathering and the effects of UV exposure

An easy to mix mouldable material for quick repairs to concrete Watco Putty Patch is an easy to mix mouldable material for quick repairs to concrete, inside or outside. The advantage over conventional repair products is that the putty-like consistency can be formed into shapes, by hand or trowel, to reflect the profile of the item being repaired. This makes it ideal for repairs to curved step nosings and kerbs, balustrades and other moulded stonework and concrete. Watco Putty Patch is very strong and hardens quickly with an initial set time of around 10 minutes. Just mix as much as you need for individual repairs.
