ACTUACIONES A NIVEL INDIVIDUAL 1-Aumentar la formación a nivel individual. 2-No buscar un trabajo específico sino otras alternativas. 3-Aprender idiomas para alcanzar nuevas fronteras.
-ACTUACIONES A NIVEL LOCAL 4-Fomentar el empleo contratando a los jóvenes desempleados que residan en dicha localidad. 5-Crear pequeños grupos de personas especializadas en la misma materia u oficio para poder formar pequeñas empresas y poder ser contratadas por otros municipios vecinos a la hora de ejercer el trabajo pedido. 6- Crear una bolsa de empleo local destinada a jóvenes de la localidad.
-ACTUACIONES GLOBALES 7-Ampliar las becas apara ayudar a muchos jóvenes que han tenido que dejar sus estudios debido a las altas cuotas de las universidades. 8-Reducción de la cotización a las PYMES que contraten a tiempo parcial a jóvenes parados (La medida beneficia: a jóvenes sin experiencia laboral, a los que deseen cambiar de sector de actividad y a los que llevan inscritos en el paro más de un año.) 9-Prohibición del paro voluntario, es decir, la gente que tenga oferta de trabajo y la rechace por conveniencia, no tendrá derecho a recibir ayudas por estar desempleado. 10-Destinar más capital para fomentar la formación profesional y laboral de los jóvenes.

ACTUACIONS A NIVELL LOCAL 4-Fomentar l’ocupació de treball contractant als joves parats que resideixen a la localitat. 5-Crear petits grups de persones especialitzades en la mateixa matèria o ofici per poder formar xicotetes empreses i poder ser contractats per altres municipis veïns a l’hora d’exercir el treball encomanat. 6-Crear una bossa de treball local destinada a joves del municipi.
ACTUACIONS GLOBALS 7-Ampliar les beques per ajudar a molts joves que han deixat d’estudiar degut a les altes tasses de les universitats 8-Reducció de la cotització a les PYMES que contracten a temps parcial als joves parats .(Aquesta mesura afavoreix a : joves sense experiència laboral ,als que desitgen canviar de sector d’activitat i als que duen inscrits en l’atur més d’un any.) 9-Prohibició de l’atur voluntari ,és a dir, la gent que tinga oferta de treballi la rebutgi per conveniència, no tindrà dret a rebre ajudes pel fet d’estar parat.

INDIVIDUAL ACTIONS 1-Increase the individual formation level. 2-Don’t look for a specific work, look for other alternatives. 3-Learn languages to achieve new borders.
LOCAL ACTIONS 4-Promote the employment hiring young people living in this locality. 5-Create small people groups specialited in the same subject and office to be able to form small enterprises and can be hired by other municipalities. 6-Create an employment list destinated to the young people of the locality.
GLOBAL ACTIONS 7- Quote reduction of small enterprises that hire young people in an indefinite way. 8-Quote reduction in the PYMES for hire in partial time young people unemployed (This measure benefits: to Young people without occupational experience, to the people who want to change the activity sector and to the people who is registered in unemployment more than a year.) 9-Voluntary unemployment prohibition, people who have job offers and refuse it because is not convenient for them; they won’t have the right of receiving helps for been unemployed. 10- Destine more capital for foment the professional and occupational formation of Young people.
