The Steps of Founding A LTD Company in Turkey
There must be at least two partners to establish a limited liability company. The founders should pay at least 5000 TL as a capital. 1. Founding Partners needs to prepare a master agreement, signed by the all founder, These signatures must be upheld notary public. (TCC md. 505) But there are some requirements. •
If a trading company is transforming to a limited company , all the steps for founding limited company is valid.

If the company will be found by taking over an old case, the main contract 6. Turkish Commercial Code, article 139 and 508, according to provisions of regulation is required.
2. Founding Partners need to get required permissions from Trade Ministry and Industry Ministry. For the establishment of a limited liability company, the following documents should be given to Provincial Directorate of Industry and Trade. •

It has to be proved the availability of monetary fund from dutied units of government or banks, by collecting the original or the approved copy of the documents of the monetary fund.

Depositing two percent over a thousand of the capital money into the account of Consumer Protection Fund in the Central Bank.

The Roles of Film Production Crew
Production Manager: The production manager supervises the physical aspects of the production including the control of personnel, technology, budget, and scheduling. Production manager's responsibility is to make sure that everything is under control by the schedule and within its budget. The Production Manager is also dutied by managing the daily budget by considering costs such as salaries, production costs, equipment, rents and etc. Production assistant: A production assistant assists the first assistant director with set operations. Assiting and helping the production office with general tasks is production assitant`s duty. Production Designer: Also known as the Creative director, the production designer is responsible for creating the physical, visual appearance of the film - settings, costumes, character, makeup, and everything about visualization. The production designer works closely with the director and the cinematographer to reach the desired 'look' of the film. First Assistant Director : The first assistant director assists the production manager and director. The aim of first assistant director is to ensure the film comes in on schedule while maintaining a working environment in which the director, principal artists (actors) and crew can be focused on their work. They have to check day-to-day management of the cast and crew scheduling, equipment, script, and set. A 1st Assistant director may also be responsible for directing background action for major shots or the entirety of relatively minor shots, at the director's discretion. Second Assistant director : The second assistant director is the chief assistant of the first assistan director and helps carry out those tasks delegated to the first assistan director. The 2nd Assistant director may also direct background action and extras in addition to helping the 1st assistant director with scheduling, booking, etc. The 2nd Assistant Director is responsible for creating Call Sheets that let the crew know the schedule and important details about the shooting day. Â
