Terms & Conditions: All cattle are to be settled for at sale site office. They sell fully guaranteed and sell under term & conditions of the American Simmental Association.

Insurance: Insurance will be available from sale clerks in the office. Two months at 3%; three months at 3.5%; six months at 4%; one year at 6%. Billing for insurance will be done by Harding & Harding. Cattle are considered insured when request is made at the sale office.

Liability: Neither the sale host J&C and Guest Consignors, Auctioneer or West Point Livestock assume any liability for any accidents which may occur

Cattle Transport: All trucking arrangements will be the responsibility of the buyer. All sale cattle must be picked up at West Point Livestock unless prior arrangements have been made. Ownership of cattle changes when auctioneer says sold. All cattle left overnight will be cared for but they must be removed by 1:00 p.m. Sunday because of pre-conditioned cattle arriving for Monday’s sale.
