Easterseals MORC's Self-Directed service delivery model allows individuals served to create individualized supports based on their desires, vision and needs. Individuals and families have authority and responsibility over their budget, and decide who they would like to hire, when supports will be provided and how supports will be arranged. Services are flexible and can be customized to meet the changing needs of the individual as they learn and grow.

Through the person-centered planning process and IPOS, the individual will decide how much support is needed, and whether that support is paid or informal. Self-Direction provides that flexibility.
