This group will take place every Tuesday from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at the Easterseals MORC 9 Mile location (22170 W. Nine Mile Rd. Southfield, MI 48033). There will be a Zoom option; however, in person attendance is strongly encouraged.

Individuals in attendance can express support and genuine empathy through listening and sharing one’s authentic story. All individuals are welcome to attend this group and garner support as we continue on our path to learn, heal, and grow!
Objectives:
Meet others with lived experience in mental health challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Create a whole health and resiliency goal. Engage in peer support and increase motivation to help achieve your goals.
Improve self-talk and foster mindfulness. Speak the language of peer support. Exercise good judgement and identify our strengths and supports.
