It’s Good for You!
Join an education session to help you build routines and increase your overall well-being. Sessions will be held on the last Wednesday of each month from 12:30 - 1:30 PM in person and via Zoom.
Where will these sessions be held?
Each session will be offered in-person and zoom option
The in-person sessions will be held at the Easterseals MORC 9 Mile location (22170 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). They will be held in 22150-Conference Room A and the group will meet in the main lobby at 12:30 PM.
What topics will be covered?
Each session will discuss a different topic. We will follow the schedule below:
February 28: Sleep Hygiene

April 24: Thoughts/Love Yourself
May 29: Fun with Volunteering
June 26: Movement
July 31: Food Matters
August 28: Sleep Hygiene
September 25: Movement
October 30: Thoughts/Love Yourself
November 27: Fun with Art

What do I do if I want to attend?
