If you are a Blue Cross Blue Shield or Blue Care Network member, Easterseals MORC can help you and/or your loved one receive additional services and support to improve your overall health!
Through our Adult and Children’s Intensive Services program, we work with you, your family, and any existing health care team to provide you with additional integrated services and support to improve your overall health.
Services provided through this program may include:
CASE MANAGEMENT
We meet you where you are – in the home, in office, or via telehealth - to support your treatment, help you apply for community supports, and connect you to resources. Easterseals MORC strives to serve and support the whole family. Short term respite care may be available based on eligibility.
THERAPY/INTENSIVE HOME-BASED TREATMENT
We can provide intensive, individual, group, or family therapy. Additionally, we offer a variety of support groups.
PEER/PARENT SUPPORT
We partner you with a peer with similar experiences to help you navigate services and serve as a listening ear.
PSYCHIATRY & NURSING SERVICES
We can provide psychiatric and nursing evaluations and coordination with medical providers
