The Easterseals MORC Adult and Children’s Intensive Services programs, works with any existing therapists and other behavioral health providers to offer additional integrated services, as well as critical wrap-around supports for children and adults.
Services provided through this program may include:
CASE MANAGEMENT
We meet you where you are – in the home, in office, or via telehealth - to support your treatment, help you apply for community supports, and connect you to resources Easterseals MORC strives to serve and support the whole family. Short term respite care may be available based on eligibility.
THERAPY/INTENSIVE HOME-BASED TREATMENT
We offer intensive, individual, group, or family therapy Additionally, we offer a variety of support groups.
PEER/PARENT SUPPORT
We offer peer or parent mentors with a variety of life experiences who can help individuals navigate services, serve as a listening ear and motivational support.
PSYCHIATRY & NURSING SERVICES
We can provide psychiatric and nursing evaluations, and coordination with medical providers
