COMP

OSIUM Call for Proposals

The University Writing Program invites students to submit work from WRIT 1122 (or WRIT 1622) for the first ever COMPosium, a conference of student writing and research, to be held on May 2nd from 4–7pm in the new Anderson Academic Commons. We encourage students to display their work in multiple media. Possible examples include:

• Written projects • Posters • Videos (e.g., video arguments, remix videos, Public Service Announcements) • Multimedia projects Please email your individual, group, or class proposals of up to 75 words to Eric Leake, Eric.Leake@du.edu, by 5 pm on Friday March 8. Include the proposal as the text of your email (no attached documents). Your proposal should indicate the following:

The topic of your project The course for which you completed the project The manner in which you will present the project (e.g., a poster, video, etc.)

In addition to the proposal, please indicate any technological needs you have for the presentation.
