A motor vehicle must pass an annual safety inspection before it can be registered in North Carolina or the registration can be renewed. The inspection must be completed within 90 days of renewing the vehicle.

The Town of Mint Hill Military Hometown Heroes Banner Program is a tribute to honor fallen service members, veterans, and active-duty service members of the United States Armed Forces. Banners are displayed twice yearly (Memorial Day and Veterans Day) on light poles with the veteran’s photo and name. Veterans Day honors living veterans. Memorial Day honors veterans we have lost. After two full cycles, the banners are returned to the sponsor.
