With Labor Day behind us, it’s a great time to find some inner (and outer!) balance. For me, that means taking some nice long walks, breathing in the slightly cooler air and lots of stretching. The third cafe from the local family-owned business is located at 749 County Road, 39A, on the highway next to BMW of Southampton. This location happens to also host seminars, have excellent WiFi for writers, and best of all the roastery is right on premise.
