At Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton, moms receive a complimentary cocktail during brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Menu items include: house-cured salmon on a crispy potato cake with local pea shoots and a poached egg; pan-roasted soft shell crab with pea and potato hash and ramp aioli; and cara cara orange trifle with buttermilk cake, orange curd and crumble.
