experimented from many different angles, and with intelligence, unselfishness and wisdom. (Specially the problem of fair housing for all)
Politics, government forms, or other philosophies, would not interfere or would be interfered upon by such a powerful spell, because the only thing sought was the benefit of habitat for humanity.
(Darn humans! Our human pondered,) We seem to live such short lives! Why not help each other to make our lives as pleasant as possible while we are on earth?)
Later another reality might come!
