A book where everybody gets a home, everybody. Nobody pays rent anymore and there is no economic crisis. Because the rent money, you spend it for everything else. Nobody should pay rent anymore. Everybody should have a place they should not be able to sell it. Change the value from monetary value to residential value. Then you can exchange the house, you can give it to another human being, but you can never sell it again.
