This Fair has been running for 5 years and has always been well attended by the public. Time From 1pm to 6pm Exhibitors will be free to set up from 11am. (You may deliver items the previous day) Stands MUST BE set up by 12.30pm (half hour before Fair starts)
Drop off and pick up points Unloading Grand Ballroom Entrance and side doors.
Food Tea & Coffee will be available for exhibitors at 12.00 before start of Fair. The Everglades have kindly arranged for meal discounts to be available on the day to all Exhibitors.

Promotion An extensive advertising campaign will take place for four weeks beforehand across all of our titles, including Derry Journal Tuesday, Derry Journal Friday, Sunday Journal and two weeks prior in our Donegal Democrat and Donegal People’s Press. •Other pre-promotion of the Exhibition will include POS banner at Hotel entrance (on roadside) & road side banners on all majors roads into the city. •The Fair will be promoted for 2 weeks before 18th November in the following newspapers: Londonderry Sentinel, Roe Valley Sentinel, Coleraine Times, Ballymoney Times, Mid Ulster Mail and Tyrone Times •The Fair will be promoted for 1 week before 18th November in the News Letter (readership across Northern Ireland and Co Donegal) •Details of the event will be available on our website and Facebook. At present we have over 300k hits per month on our website. •Everglades Hotel will also be advertising this event through their Facebook page and website. General The Derry Journal is not liable for any theft, loss or damage to persons or property that the exhibitors, their agents, contractors, workmen or staff may cause or sustain from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors must insure themselves against such contingencies The Derry Journal reserve the right, and if necessary, remove any exhibit which may regard as unsuitable, affecting neighboring stands, or which, in the opinion of the organizers, is likely to be dangerous or detrimental to the exhibitors The Derry Journal reserve the right to restrict various categories of business and the number of sites being taken by any one particular business. Exhibitors must only promote their own particular companies, unless agreed beforehand. Failure to comply with these policies will result in exclusion from future Derry Journal exhibitions.
