Thomas Street is perhaps Dublin's most historic street, testament to the development of the city right back to its medieval origins. The street is the commercial heart of The Liberties. This study, prepared for Dublin City Council, maps a strategy to renew and improve the street for the many Dubliners and city visitors who use the street each day.
