OUR PERSONAL FREEDOM WHAT DIMINISHES IT? com . k e s v i r p o k d i v a www.d

It’s difficult to choose JOY and by it our personal freedom in this chaotic and often angry world, because we are somehow programmed to sense and mirror the emotional energy around us. Seeing sadness, anger, fear on someone’s face can trigger (and it oftentimes does) a state of sadness, anger, fear in us. And in the world of many bored, fearful, uninterested people this mirroring impulse can ruin our lives. But does this reactivness really has to rule our days no matter what? Is there any other way around or should we take for granted this emotionally poor space around us – created mainly by confused (often cynical) people operating on little sleep, high stress and frenetic desire to be somewhere else, with someone else, doing something else? I believe we are not here to conform to this energy. Here’s the thing: The more we automatically allow ourselves to sync with other’s bad energy levels – the more we diminish our personal freedom. We are conscious beings, so we must use consciousness to bend the energy of our mind toward positive engagement and appreciation. “May we think of freedom, not as the right to do as we please, but as the opportunity to do what is right.“ – Peter Marshall – www.davidkoprivsek.com
