YOUR VISION PUT IN

MARBLE Invest in the creation of marble & bronze sculpture through a unique international platform connecting some of the best contemporary sculptors worldwide

A VALUE PROPOSITION TO SKY-LIMIT YOUR BRAND AWARENESS & LANDMARK YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH ART CREATION AND ACQUISITIONS

GREEK

MARBLE INITIATIVE

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Greek Marble Initiative, a platform connecting Greek and worldwide renowned marble sculptors, organizes one of the biggest symposiums in marble sculpture in the world. Greek Marble Initiative is the offspring of the 15 years hard work in the art industry and international art markets by Myro Antiques House. In 2013 Stavros Muronidis with the support of his associates and the contribution of collectors and benefactors, was able to revive the international interest in the Greek marble and the marble sculpture. A business wise innovative approach was created. The aim was not only organizing symposiums with internationally renowned marble and bronze sculptors of today, but also establishing a worldwide platform of co-operation. A greater vision emerged which is uniting different cultures in the base of Arts. The Initiative, apart of organizing International Symposiums, is a platform generating exhibitions, events and other activities to promote its vision, to provide and to promote its unique content. In order to fullfill this mission, besides the international symposiums, Greek Marble Initiative makes also exhibitions, events and other activities to promote its vision. Now, three years later 400 sculptures have been created, within three international Symposiums organizations, while we sport 36 associate sculptors and more than a hundred affiliates. Here we present the potential of smaller organizations and related events in terms of outcome, as an investment and/or a business proposal delivering multiple benefits. Our presentation is focusing on Modules which deliver a different outcome to serve your requirements in the best way. Greek Marble Initiative associated sculptors deliver high quality original sculpture.

The Myró Group has been established by Stavros Muronidis in 1996 in Thessaloniki, in the second largest city of Greece. Since then it is serving in the antiques and arts markets with different line of businesses such as antiques, arts and auctions. The auction house of Myró Group organizes auctions for significant third parties, such as the Macedonian Museum of Contemporary art, besides its own national and international events. In 2009 there has been a restructure which enabled the group to organize large scale projects such as the “Arts & Antiques Fair” (2012) and the “Greek Marble Initiative” (2013).

Benefits There are multiple levels of benefits to be gained through the various modules. Each Module carries its own assets, delivering a significant value to the project. ▶ The prospect of the project is to create a significant landmark in the premises of the investor or in a separate location, with the intention either of commercial exploitation in both cases or as a value proposition carrying multiple assets and contributing to a raise of the retail value of your property. In the same time your brand could be elevated as your organization can be perceived as protector or benefactor of the Arts. ▶ Since, apart from the initial investment, the total cost of ownership is minimal (marble sculpture normally do not require service, while bronze does require some curation), Art Sculpture as an investment is viable and could also lead to revenue which can deliver a gain against the initial cost, especially if renowned sculptors are involved. ▶ In some modules the investor can have so many sculptures that will enable him/her to create an emblematic Sculpture Park in the region, which will provide another recognition. ▶ Greek Marble Initiative can also be a part of a Social Responsibility project of companies. Some of the sculptures can be donated directly to charity organizations, foundations or municipalities. ▶ The investor can benefit from the modules via an auction. Myro Auction House with its expertise can develop an international platform, which will add up more value in creating a worldwide brand awareness.
