Regulator Control Valves - Series 5000 Dycon valves are manufactured with ASTM pressure containment materials, tested in accordance with ASME section VIII of the specification and fully functionally tested before dispatch. The unique pressure balance of the valve allows the regulator to be both internally and externally sensed – providing for various different types of control modes, some of which include pilot valves, loading regulators and P.I.P. Flowing velocities are not restricted due to the unique design principles employed within the valve, some of which include heavy guiding of the main piston and bushing of the spindle.

Ratings of the valves conform to two standards namely 300# and 1500# ANSI class and are rare manufactured from a variety of materials. Specifications Port size – ½” to 2” NPT or BSP female 3” and 4” flanged. Materials – Carbon steel, stainless steel and Bronze as standard others on request. Rating – 300 to 1500 ANSI class.

5001 - Dome Loaded Pressure Reducing Valve 5021 - Dome Regulated Pressure Reducing Valve w/ Negative Bias

Product Overview The 5001 and 5021 are our basic Dome Loaded Regulator. 5001 is a standard 1:1 repeater, allowing the set point to be directly proportional to the output, where as the 5021 has an internal spring to provide even better shut off performance when exposed to high pressure drops.

5005 - Dome Loaded Back Pressure Valve

Product Overview The 5005 is similar in function to the 5001 when process or air loaded actuation is required, but acts as a back pressure relief valve and provides for close control where accuracy is the main criteria.

5013 - Spring Loaded Pressure Reducing Valve 5023 - Pressure Reducing Valve with Negative Bias

Product Overview These are our simplest and easiest valves to install as they do not require any other type of media to perform actuation. The 5023 valve provides for negative bias where again tight shut off is a prerequisite.

5013HT - High Temperature Pressure Reducing Valve 5016HT - High Temperature Back Pressure Valve

Product Overview Both of these valves maintain the same lower body construction of the 5016, but by the use of special seals and internal parts the valves can be installed in applications where media temperature exceed the norm. In addition to the standard coil spring, Belleville washers can also be fitted therefore providing for higher set points.

5014 - Differential Pressure Reducing Valve 5017 - Differential Back Pressure Valve

Product Overview Whilst similar in construction to the 5013, the 5014 valve provides for a sealed spring chamber which allows for either a biasing or a reference pressure to be applied to the spring chamber. This in turn augments the force of the spring and is used when a flow limiting application is required. Type 5017 is the back pressure version of this range, and incorporates all the features of the 5016 valve, but adds the benefits of a flow limited to a differential pressure reference.

Regulator Control Valves - Series 2000 This standard series of reducing valves has been specifically designed to reduce inlet pressure of up to 343 bar (5000psi) when manufacturing in stainless steel and 270Barg (4060psi) when manufactured in brass. Both versions will deliver accurate outlet pressure control from 0 to 270 bar (0-4000psi). In addition to our standard range, a high pressure stainless steel version is available which provides accurate outlet pressure control from a maximum inlet pressure of 400 bar (6000 psi). The outlet pressure control is similar to that of the standard range, but has added setting range of 0 to 350 bar (5000 psi). The wide range of seals on offer enables a multitude of gases or liquids to be controlled accurately, whilst integral filters, should the application so dedicate, provide the necessary protection against the ingress of damaging particles.

Specifications Port Size – ¼” ½” and ¾”, NPT or BSO. Material – brass or stainless steel. Inlet Pressure – 280bar (4000psi) brass 343 bar (5000psi) stainless steel.

Product Overview Self-Venting Regulator Valve 2250 Type 2250 is our basic hand operated pressure regulator which is mainly used when the downstream pressure can be vented to atmosphere at the controller. Available in two sizes: 1/2" and 3/4" (50mm/ 75mm) with material variants Stainless Steel and Brass. Non-Venting Regulator Valve 2251 With similar features to the 2250, this regulator is designed for use when the downstream pressure decays over a time period. Available sizes 1/4", 1/2", and 3/4" materials similar to the 2250. Pressure Regulator with Encapsulated Vent 2252 Type 2252 is used where the features of the 2250 are required but the media cannot be safely vented to a more suitable place.
