estled in the heart of Elora, Drew House offers guests a magical retreat from the pressures of everyday life. Built on a historic twoacre estate, this nineteenth-century home and renovated stone coach house provide the perfect setting for weddings, seminars or simply a peaceful night’s stay. Drew House was constructed between 1848 and 1854 by George Drew, a prominent village attorney. It is notable for its fine architectural features, from its wraparound porch and hand-carved bric-a-brac trim, to its distinctive cathedral windows. Amenities include a large room suitable for large gatherings, seminars and cooking demonstrations. With ample off-street parking, Drew House is within walking distance of Elora’s shops, restaurants, cinema, and scenic attractions. Our accommodations offer six private rooms in the coach house, each with its own bath (two equipped with Jacuzzi-style tubs), and four semi-private rooms in the main house. The rear portion of Drew House–originally the servants’ quarters—contains a suite of rooms, consisting of two bedrooms, a full kitchen, sitting area, fireplace, and one and one-half baths. A full, gourmet breakfast is served each morning. 120 Mill Street E, Elora, ON N0B 1S0 (519) 846-2226 innkeeper@drewhouse.com www.drewhouse.com
