El FABRICANTE no se responsabiliza de modificaciones ajenas al origen del aparato. El FABRICANTE no se responsabiliza de las averías producidas por una mala utilización del aparato. El FABRICANTE no se responsabiliza del funcionamiento y calidad del aparato si ello lleva implícito las inobservancias de las Instrucciones de Uso y Mantenimiento. El FABRICANTE no se hará cargo en ningún caso de ningún tipo ni clase de indemnización.
GARANTÍA La garantía se concede solamente en los defectos de fabricación quedando excluidos de ella la utilización indebida o la manipulación por personal ajeno al de nuestra red de distribuidores, concesionarios y delegaciones. PIEZAS Dicha garantía es de 12 meses en piezas defectuosas, siendo por cuenta del cliente los portes de ida y vuelta de dichas piezas. Todo material remitido en garantía se facturará y se procederá a su abono, una vez remitidas las piezas defectuosas y comprobadas por el fabricante. MANO DE OBRA El servicio de mano de obra y los desplazamientos son siempre por cuenta del cliente. El símbolo que aparece en el producto indica que no debe tratarse como residuos domésticos, sino que debe deshacerse correctamente para evitar consecuencias negativas para el medio ambiente y la salud. Para reciclar este producto, póngase en contacto con el representante de ventas o distribuidor del producto, el servicio postventa o el servicio de eliminación de residuos correspondiente. El fabricante se reserva el derecho de modificar sin previo aviso las características de los aparatos presentados en esta publicación.
