A little heart shaped island in the Pašman Channel became the hit destination for trips, weddings and engagements in 2008, after being declared the most beautiful heart shaped phenomenon of the world by Google Earth. The heart shaped island was first discovered in 1806 by Napoleon’s cartographer, 202 years before Google Earth. Since ancient times the island has been used as a shelter from bad weather mostly by fishermen and laborers living near by, in 2008 Galešnjak becomes interesting to the world public. All of you who still have the spark of romance and are in love can spend an unforgettable day on the island of love. How many times did you wish to find an isolated beach or island and spend a day enjoying the sun and the sea peacefully? The islands of Pašman and Ugljan with belonging Pašman Channel and numerous islets are an excellent opportunity for all beach hunters. The ship departs from Zadar earlier in the morning and it stops on the island of Ugljan to pick up other passengers. In less than an hour from department the ship enters the Pašman Channel. DEPARTURE FROM PREKO (UGLJAN) There are more than 200 000 olive trees on the island of Ugljan which is the reason we call it the Olive Island. The island has a tradition of more than 2000 years in production of highly valued extra virgin olive oil, previously known as “Liburnian oil”. The trip begins in Preko and slowly leads you to the most popular attraction of the island, the 14th century Venetian fortress called St. Michael’s. The outing continues along the panoramic path to the Valley of olive trees. While walking between stone walls you can feel the smell of sage, cypress, oregano, mint… The next spot is “Eco olive grove” with more than 300 olive trees of island’s authentic sorts. ISLAND BREAK PREKO DEPARTURE FROM ZADAR
The island of Ugljan is situated in Zadar Channel and it is the closest island to Zadar – only 10 minutes of drive by speedboat. We have arranged a four hour tour which consists of comfortable drive in Channel by speedboat, introduction to tradition and culture of the islands and two hours of swimming and enjoying the sea. We offer two types of tours: Tour one - visit to village Poljana and St. Peter’s Romanic church from 13th century, coffee break in Preko, visit to beautiful islet Galevac and a monastery from 15th century with a collection of incunabula; swimming on the islet. Tour two - visit to islet Galevac and the monastery, coffee break in Preko tour to another islet Ošljak with two hours for swimming. Although small, Ošljak has several beautiful beaches and bays, and it’s so small you can walk around it in dozens of minutes.

ISLAND BREAK PAŠMAN DEPARTURE FROM BIOGRAD
The island of Pašman extends parallel to the mainland of Biograd Riviera closing one of the most beautiful straits – the Pašman Channel. It has dozens of islets scattered like the string of pearls. The sea current which exchanges every six hours makes this sea the cleanest in the Adriatic. In the period of costal navigation, from 5th to 10th century, when people used to navigate only during the day time, the Pašman Channel was considered the most important sea strait from northern to southern Adriatic and vice versa.
Navigation through the Channel, docking on Galešnjak – the Love Island, swimming time. After the swimming on the Love Island, navigation continues towards the island of Pašman. The beautiful sunny coast is dotted with picturesque fishing ports with lots of greenery and sandy beaches. The next stop is Pašman port with enough time for souvenirs purchase and a coffee break.

Kukljica is a picturesque tourist and fishing village on the island of Ugljan near the island of Pasman. Beautiful landscapes with thick pine forests, lovely beaches, crystal clear sea and the mild mediterranean climate offer numerous possibilities for a perfect relaxing holiday. With a small marina, situated in a picturesque bay, Kukljica is a modern tourist resort.
20 minutes of a pleasant speedboat drive leads you to the baroque Church of “Sv. Gospe Snježna” (Our Lady of the Snow) situated in the cove Zdrelašćica. After a short sightseeing we drive further towards Kukljica to introduce you to attractions and sights of Kukljica. After sightseeing, we will stop on a short coffee break and you will have some time to grab a souvenir. We board on the speedboat again and cruise along the coast until we reach Kostanj cove – a sandy beach hidden between thick pine wood. The sea in the cove is shallow and suitable for all ages.

The island of Ugljan can be explored in many ways, and the fastest way to experience the island and swim on a sandy beach is to join scootering expedition. We have prepared two routes for our guests, the eastern and the western one. The eastern route leads you through
Preko up to famous fishing centre Kali, followed by picturesque Kukljica and sandy beach Sabuša. The western route starts in Preko and leads you through several villages – Poljana, Sutomišćica, Lukoran, Ugljan and finally Muline. Muline are situated at the western endpoint of the island and have one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island. Groups of four people and less drive independently and get island’s map for free (available in our offices). Groups of five people and more get a guide. Children under 12 years are not allowed to drive on the scooters. Drivers younger than 18 years must have drivers license for scooters.

The island of Ugljan can be explored in many ways, and the fastest way to experience the island and swim on a sandy beach is to join scootering expedition. The route starts in Preko and leads you through several villages – Poljana, Sutomišćica, Lukoran, and finally fisherman village Prtljug. Sutomišćica is a place with just 354 residents, proud of its tranquility, unforgettable panorama and the youngest marine in Zadar’s archipelago. The next stop is Prtljug, delightful and very quiet bay. There are a few exfishermen’s houses but now used as holiday homes .On the return we will stop in Poljana. There is a St. Peter’s churche, a monument from the XII. century, and a beautiful church of The mother of peace. Groups of five people and more get a guide. The secret is not only in the beauties and excitements of new discoveries; it also has a scientific explanation. The benefits of the caves are clear air without allergens and pathogens, without ozone and with great concentration of ions. One of those caves is Modrič Cave where we lead you on a speleotherapy tour with a specialized guide.
The Modrič Cave is 829 meters long and provides a special experience of the underworld. The completely unspoiled nature without concrete paths, lights and masses gives you an opportunity to be a speleologist for a day and visit the Mediterranean’s most beautiful cave. Our trips are organized in small groups and strictly comply with environmental standards and regulations. ŽELJINA ROCK DEPARTURE FROM PREKO
Željina rock, situated close to St. Michael’s fortress, is the newest climbing spot in Croatia. It is one of the rare climbing spots open all year long. The rock has 20 routes, from those designed for beginners to ones designed only for the experienced climbers. The longest route is 50 meters long and represents a challenge to any climber.
The trips to Željina rock are organized all year long, except in July and August. The groups must have at least four members. From 2012 we organize a special climbing school program with more instructors and more comprehensive techniques and knowledge. For beginners everyone else who needs it, there is a licensed climbing instructor from Mountain Climbing Society “Paklenica”. Necessary equipment, except shoes, can be borrowed for free if announced previously.
