Tarrant County Housing Partnership, Inc. TCHP has dramatically increased the availability of affordable housing for moderate-income families in our community. Through the combination of public and private funds, TCHP operates programs that enable families to achieve the dream of homeownership. Since 1991, in partnership with other entities, TCHP has produced over 3,000 units of affordable housing and continues to develop more units each year. Together we are improving our community one home at a time. www.tchp.net
