Lucky Books – Do you feel lucky? If you check out a book or DVD that has been previously designated as a “lucky book” you will win a prize! Book Trivia – How much do you really know about the most popular books? Complete the Book Trivia Questionnaire located at the Circulation Desk for a chance to win a prize. Get Caught Reading - If the Reference Librarian “catches you” reading in the library, you will be asked to choose a prize!

MONDAY, APRIL 14

OverDrive Demonstration – 10:00 and 3:00, Library classroom 204. Bring your mobile device and library card to learn how to download e-books and audio books from OverDrive. Reference Librarian Leila Mandel will walk you through the steps.

TUESDAY, APRIL 15

Research Skills Clinic – 11:00 –12:00, Library classroom 204. The end of the semester is approaching, and soon those research papers will be due. Are you still confused about reliable sources? How to cite MLA Style? How to use WORD or PowerPoint to present your assignment? Reference Librarian Leila Mandel will be available to answer your questions about any library or research-related topic.

Book Swap – Reading Room 215, 10:00 – 12:00 and 2:00 – 4:00. Bring your gently used books to swap with other patrons.

THURSDAY, APRIL 18

Spanish Collection – You are invited to visit our new collection of books in Spanish, which includes new and classic titles for children and for adults, originally written in Spanish or translated into the Spanish language. Native Spanish speakers and students in our Spanish I and II classes will be able to check out biographies, fiction and nonfiction books on various topics. These books are also available to other libraries through our interlibrary loan service. Refreshments will be available.
