Vision Statement As a result of the Visioning Event, the Rockbridge MAPP Steering Committee created a Vision Statement for Rockbridge which incorporated the “Community Themes and Strengths Assessment” on February 13, 2012. The Rockbridge MAPP Project will now be represented by the following statement.
Our vision is a Rockbridge community with improved health and quality of life for this and future generations supported by a comprehensive, accessible and sustainable community health system.
