Grading Policies

The instructor will explain the distinctions between the National “D” License, State “D” License and “Not Ready (NR) scoring scale. • National “D” License: A candidate who receives “Pass” in all categories qualifies to receive a National level “D” License • State “D” License: A candidate who receives “Not Ready” grade in no more than 2 of the 3 following categories (Theory, Outline, Practical Field Test) qualifies to receive a State level D License
