HOW TO PARTICIPATE AS AN ABSENTEE BUYER We have made preparations to bid and buy livestock through Superior Productions’ “Call or Click-To-Bid” service for those unable to attend in person on sale day. Please note that all of the lots in the sale will also be available for viewing online prior to sale day at www.superiorlive.com.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS Turn in Bids Over the Phone. This is our traditional method of buying livestock. To get started simply go online to www. superiorlive.com and click on the tab titled “REGISTER FOR YOUR BUYER’S NUMBER”. Print the registration form, fill it out and fax it in (817-378-3380) to Superior Productions with a signature on it. You can also mail it in to the address provided on the form. Upon receipt of this information Superior will call you with a buyer’s number and the bid line phone number that you will use on sale day to place bids over the phone. Click-To-Bid. This is Superior’s newest way to buy cattle! Registration is free, but you must become a member of www.superiorclicktobid.
com to sign up. Becoming a member is easy – just go to the homepage of www.superiorclicktobid.com and follow the outlined steps to get started. Input your information and select a username and password. You will receive an e-mail confirming you are a member. FFrom that point forward you just have to sign in and select the sale you would like to register for and once approved by the ranch you will receive an e-mail confirming which sale you are now registered for. Viewing the Auction. The sale will be broadcast live on the Internet at www.superiorclicktobid.com — just go to the home page and select the auction. Remember, you can call in to bid over the phone when watching on the Internet if you have registered for that service, but you must be a member of www.superiorclicktobid.com to “click-to-bid.” Your computer must have Flash Media Player installed to view the auction. Bidders who are successful in making purchases will be contacted by the ranch after the sale to settle payment and make shipping arrangements.

Updated calving information will be provided on sale day. All cows should have calf at side by sale date and be ready to breed to your bull.

1. Animal will be sold to highest bidder. The auctioneer is in charge of any bidding dispute. Auctioneer’s decision is final. 2. Terms of the sale are cash or personal check, proper identification required on all checks, due upon sale. MasterCard and Visa accepted.(3% convenience fee) 3. Cattle will be sold on the Internet with Superior Livestock, as well, live at the C & C Arena, Terrell, Texas. 4. Any changes in information of any kind will be announced from the auction block and such announcements shall take final precedent. 5. All cattle are sold “as is”. There is no guarantee of any kind with the exception of announcements made from the auction block. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as auctioneer declares it sold. 6. All animals will have a negative TB and a negative brucellosis paper. 7. All dams are ABBI registered, calves are responsible of buyer to be registered. The registration papers will be mailed as soon as purchase funds have cleared. 8. Cattle must be picked up on Sunday, April 11 by 10 a.m., unless prior arrangements have been made. Cows left over that time could incur a $10 a day charge. 9.
