A prefabraicated system of wooden posts and beams is purchased and assembled.

Construction of interior volumes begin.
Building is clad. One side remains open so volumes can be inserted.

Construction of interior volumes are completed and they are shipped to site.
Interior volumes are constructed off-site in April and part of May. The volumes are then shipped to the site and placed inside the already completed structure, attached to utilities and the buildings are completely closed off.
