Hosting Office Managers: How to Print Tour Sheets 1) ON MONDAY before the Thursday Tour, send an email blast out to all agents to put your homes on tour for Friday of that week. 2) ON WEDNESDAY MORNING before the Thursday Tour, a REMINDER to all the agents to get your homes on Tour. 3) Thursday before the meeting (meeting at 9 am) print out the Tour sheets: a) In Paragon, go to Search, Specialty Search, to Tour and Open House search, plug in "Big Sky" under “Tour – Tour Group” & date range of tour, hit search. b) Under “Reports” click on Tour spreadsheet and sort by Subdivision to sort the search alphabetically. c) Back to "Reports" choose Tour Report 7-Up, then print the tour. You now have the Tour sorted by Subdivision and in very nice order!!
