Summer LEARNING matters!

READ AND TRACK YOUR FUN FROM JUNE 1 - AUGUST 14, 2021 The Broward County Library Online Summer Program encourages children, teens and adults to continue to read over the summer months. Carve out time for the types of books that interest you and your young readers. Reading success in older children, teens and adults is connected to positive feelings about reading when they are younger. Summer learning matters – it inspires a love of reading and helps prevent students from falling behind when it is time to report back to school. Beanstack, our online tracking software, makes it easy for children, teens, adults and families to earn digital badges and chances to win grand prizes by keeping track of their reading and completing fun activities.

STEP 1::

Register an individual reader or an entire family online through our BCL Beanstack website or Beanstack Tracker App (Apple or Android).

STEP 2:

Read/listen, complete activities and track your progress through BCL Beanstack. Aim for your age group goal.

STEP 3

Earn digital badges for logging books you read and for completing activities.

EXTRA CHALLENGE:

Keep reading to earn more chances to win grand prizes (grand prizes are chosen by raffle drawings). ALREADY HAVE A BCL BEANSTACK ACCOUNT?

Log in and update your account and enroll in the 2021 BCL Summer Online Program Challenge. HAVE A BCPS BEANSTACK ACCOUNT Broward County Public School students - make sure to link your school and public library Beanstack accounts this summer.
