Most agents will qualify for this amazing split if they close an average of 1 transaction a month. All agents will have a brokerage cap of just $12,000. Once your cap is reached, you go to 100% with just a $295 transaction fee.

Established agent teams will have same Brokerage Cap of $12,000 for the team, but will have a transaction fee of $395.
