We’re marking Australia Day with a fantastic free show upstairs. The Prime Ministers of Australia Oz Rock Tribute is two hours of Aussie rock classics featuring a Whole Lotta AC/DC. Don’t miss that one. As usual, Brothers will be open every day over summer with the exception of Christmas Day itself. I was lucky to have a large progressive club like Brothers so close to my home at Bundamba and I’m excited by the scope of work being completed on the club. WHAT CHANGES CAN WE EXPECT? In the short term we’ll be making some quality improvements to the existing format with just a taste of what is to come added to the menu. But after the extensions are complete members will see more contemporary food based on current trends with a focus on quality and value for money. WHAT INSPIRES YOUR COOKING? My emphasis is on quality seafood, beef and poultry and I have a passion for slow-cooked food.
