Ligne d‘Azur Elegance and joie de vivre united.

Both blends – Côte d‘Azur and St.Tropez – are made up of various speciality coffees that have been combined in an uncustomary style. Consequently, they both exhibit an extremely rich and surprising diversity of aromas. Due to their different roast profiles, Côte d‘Azur is more suitable for the long coffee (café crème) and St.Tropez for the short coffee (espresso). This allows for an uncompromising machine setting when both blends are used in combination. One of the first cafes in Europe was the Café Procope in Paris, and high French cuisine is now discovering coffee as a part of the perfect menu. SAINT-TROPEZ The espresso variant of the trendy Ligne d‘Azur blend. Piquant and rich with a surprising spiciness which this blend owes primarily to its high-quality Haiti 5X and Indonesian Lintong.

Dark roast.

Somewhat more intensive bitter notes contrasted by acidic notes, sweet.

Preparation Ideal for preparation by fully and semi-automatic coffee machines or by pod system. Water temperature should not exceed 91°C when it passes over the coffee; where water hardness exceeds 18°fH, we recommend the use of a softening agent.

Aromas Notes of walnut, liquorice, malt and honey in the foreground, notes of vanilla, clove and mild pepper in the background. Body Rich and very intense, yet rounded.

CÔTE D‘AZUR Decidedly for true connoisseurs of long coffees and café renversé, but with a surprisingly unusual flavour thanks to various specialities from Ethiopia, India and Guatemala.

Light to medium roast.

Distinct but pleasant acidic notes, tender bitter notes, a hint of saltiness and sweetness.

Preparation Ideal for preparing in fully automatic coffee machines and in a filtering process. Water temperature for scolding must not exceed 91°C; if the water hardness exceeds 18°fH we recommend the use of a softening agent.

Aromas Notes of oranges and lemons, malt, currants and gingerbread in the foreground, walnut in the background. Body Pleasantly refreshing on the palate.
