1. INTRODUCTION The desire of BCB International Ltd is to demonstrate the air-worthiness of the SQ-7 and its ability to be adjusted to cover the client’s requirements. These include tailor made functionality and Ground Control System (GCS). In addition to its normal functions of visual surveillance, the SQ-7 can be fitted with a wide range of functionality such as RFID reader, radiation and gas sensors. LIDAR can also be used as an optional extra, and a Boat Stopping feature is under development. BCB International Ltd founded over 160 years ago, together with its European partner, UAVision, have been developing UAV’s with proven experience and accumulated knowledge since 2006. They are experts in the development, production and marketing of multi-rotors (quad / hex / octo-copter systems) for various applications. The SQ-7 has been successfully sold and is operational in several countries. BCB International Ltd has extensive experience in the Maritime market; with its partner UAVision they have produced multiple products related to civil and military security UAS market. Acquired full competences and proven expertise in electronics, control and image processing algorithms, composite production, aeronautics design and systems integration, and internal capability for the development of specific tailored made systems, according to customer requirements. Our systems are developed for professional maritime and military use with special focus on reliability, safety and ease of operation. BACKGROUND AND INTERNAL COMPETENCES Our products are included in the small UAV Class and MALE Class (Medium Altitude Long Endurance) and presents a unique and advanced adaptability options, flight stability and easy to use system, in a line of turnkey ready-to-fly products that require less piloting and operator training and more focus on the mission. All the electronics and structural systems are designed developed and produced in our facilities and offer clear and distinct advantages for the applications it was designed for. We work closely with Universities and research centers in a long term relationship, focused on establishing the bridge between the academic developments and the industry. Also, we have a multi-disciplinary team that covers different areas of engineering, such as aerospace, electronics, mechanical, automation and control, and image processing, highly focused on the integration of different technologies.

TECHNOLOGIES EXPERIENCE We have vast technical experience in different technologies, due to our multidisciplinary team with capabilities in aeronautics, electronics, computers, mechanics and materials (composites). Our teams are able to design, built, simulate and test of all the sub-systems of an unmanned aerial platform, from mechanics and composite construction techniques to navigation and control algorithms. The R&D team works on electronic circuit design, Printed Circuit Board design, microprocessor programming in several platforms, as well as working with different communication buses / interfaces and wireless communications. In terms of production, we have the capability of assembly Printed Circuit Boards and perform all the inspection and test equipment, as well as machining and composite parts manufacturing.

INTERNAL PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES We have the internal capability to produce equipment such as assembly of electronic PCB (Printed Circuit Board), mechanical parts and molds for composite and composite parts. Our facilities and infra-structures comprises: • Workshop (metalwork, composite and electronics); • Engineering; • Warehouse, for materials management; • CADCAM capabilities: SolidWorks; SURFCAM; IRBCAM; • Image Processing algorithms capabilities; • 5-axis ABB robot (3m arm) for machining of large and complex parts, and for automated assembly; • 3-axis CNC machine for the production of prototype and serial parts; • 3D Printer, for rapid prototyping and production of plastic moulds from 3D drawing files; • PCB assembly line, including stencil printer and vapour-phase soldering machine, for high quality PCB assembly;

SQ-7 The SQ-7 system consists of the air vehicle and a ground station with the software for mission planning and flight control, together with a telemetry system. The radio control transmitter can be handheld, laptop or mounted inside a control room. The SQ-7 can be flown manually or autonomously by either 1 or 2 people depending on the task. All types of GCS show the downlink video in real time (with recording) plus follow the air vehicle route on a map (Google Earth). SQ-7 has been developed for advanced missions with high demands in payload and flight stability. Its low-noise operation capability easily merges with critical operational scenarios. Compatible with our ultra-light carbon gyro-stabilized gimbal, users have full free of movement

UXC-850 is the newest folded version of compact and robust control ground station.

G-201 GROUND CONTROL STATION

G-201 is a customized Ground Control Station (GCS) ready to integrate on any kind of shelter/container or building facilities. It is 19” rack compatible for 3 th party products. This GCS, in addition to all the features of the Portable GCS (UXC-500/UXC-850), can be customized to different workplaces, for operating, image analysis among other functions associated to a real time UAV or UAV system control.
