ou understand what happens to people in your neighborhood, to families in your child’s school, and to others in your area does affect you, and The Park Ridge Community Fund (PRCF) is here to help. We’ve served local families and individuals with all kinds of needs since1958 when we opened our doors as the Park Ridge United Fund. One tax-deductible gift to the PRCF lets you easily donate to nearly 20 local social service agencies. Their programs and services make a real difference in the quality of life for Park Ridge residents, many of whom are your friends and neighbors. PRCF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization led by local residents who serve on our board and manage our fundraising events, and we carefully scrutinize all organizations requesting

funding for programs and services, so you can be sure your donation will be used well right here in our community. To learn about services provided by agencies we fund, to volunteer or make a donation, please phone PRCF at 847-825-5311, email info@prcommunityfund.org or visit www. prcommunityfund.org. With your support, the Park Ridge Community Fund will make sure help is right here, whenever it is needed, to keep Park Ridge a wonderful place to live and work. Contact PRCF for details on our delightful year-round events including “It’s a Wonderful Life” at the historic Pickwick Theater; the Harry O’Brien Run; Spring Fling Fashion Luncheon and more.

Want to make a real difference right in your own community?

Here’s the easiest way to do it. So many important causes ask for your

support these days. Busy as you are, how can you be sure your gift will truly make a difference – and that it will benefit people in Park Ridge? The Park Ridge Community Fund is how. Our campaign theme is GIVING begins at home, and that’s just what we do. The Park Ridge Community Fund is a 501(c) (3) organization and all donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Your one gift supports medical research, rehabilitation, health care education, and more, including safe emergency housing and care for women and their children; support for the sick and their families; services to help seniors stay engaged and healthy, and activities to provide wholesome outlets for youth and teens. And that’s just the beginning. So many people count on us, and if you share our belief that giving begins at home, we can count on you.
