Viura
Straw-yellow colour with green tones. A fresh bouquet with floral tones which reminds of aromatic herbs such as anis and fennel. It has a strictly fruity quality (banana, citric tones). On the palate the wine is smooth and velvety. Serve at 8-10º C. It goes very well with rice dishes, shellfish and fish.

Garnacha
Lively rosé colour. It’s powerful and remarkably floral and fruity bouquet highlights the scents of the grape. The palate gives a flavoursome finish. Best served with pasta dishes and poultry. Serve at 14-16ºC

An everyday drinking soft rounded juicy red wine, with rich ripe raspberry flavours. A great match for barbeque roasted pork chops, spare ribs, sausages, grilled vegetables and cheeses.

Garnacha - syrah
Deep dark red. Plenty of fruit to taste, blackberry primarily. A medium bodied wine. Juicy with balanced tannins.

Xarel·lo – Parellada Very pale in hue with a greenish tinge, fine, persistent bubbles and good mousse. In the nose it’s wide, intense and fruity. Aromatic balance on the palate characteristic from the grape varieties and the ageing, highlighting the ripe white fruit notes. A great match with appetizers, smoked fish or sweet and fruity desserts.

D.O. CARIÑENA LA GRANJA 360 D.O. CARIÑENA
The Cariñena DO is situated 56 km south east of Zaragoza, Aragón. In the Ibérica mountain range between the Campo de Cariñena valley and the Ebro river. Generally the climate is arid in Cariñena, with an annual rainfall of 350mm. The indigenous wind “el Cierzo”, combined with the dryness of the climate lead to poor and stony soils. The winemaking is specialised in red wines, involving most part of the production with Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cariñena Grape, symbol of this land in Aragón. .
