Unfortunately, this means that on-campus housing will likely not be available for you for the Fall 2013 semester. Changes to AU’S Package Notification System In collaboration with AU’s Mail Service’s office, Housing & Dining Programs will be transitioning to a new package system in the coming weeks. While there will be no interruption in service, there will be a change in the notification emails to residents. Package notifications will now come from noreply@sqbxmail.com, rather than residencehallpackages@american.edu. This email account is managed by American University and is not a spam message. Any questions should be directed to your residence hall front desk staff.

Extended Hours in the One Card Office The One Card Office is now open for extended hours. We are open during the following times weekly for all of your ID card needs: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday: 11:30 am to 5:00 pm Saturday: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm Please direct any questions to the One Card Program Coordinator at idcards@american.edu.
