Anne Kjersti Fahlvik Dr. Anne Kjersti Fahlvik is Executive Director of the Division for Innovation at the Norwegian Research Council of Norway playing a key role in the Norwegian innovation system. She is also the Norwegian Council Representative in TAFTIE.
