The Arizona Home Group was founded in 2002 with a determination to provide first class customer service to our clients, family and friends. John A. Sposato is the founder and team leader and has been a licensed realtor in Scottsdale since 1993. In that time, John has accumulated the accreditations of GRI, ABR, CRS, and CDPE. Born in Brooklyn and educated in San Francisco, John has called the Valley of the Sun his home for over 25 years. Sharon Coffini joined AHG in 2002. Hailing from Pittsburgh, Sharon and her family have been active members of the Gilbert community for over 14 years. Tiffany Chandler, just shy of being a Native, returned to the valley after departing for a short time to raise her children in the place she called home. She’s been apart of the AHG family since 2017. Nicole Clark is an Arizona native, born and raised in the East Valley. She’s been a realtor for 14 years now, utilizing her knowledge of the place she’s always called home to help others. John DeFrancesco, from Arroyo Grande, CA has been in Arizona and licensed since 1998. Working with new build homes for 21 years and joining AHG in 2020, John has a strong passion for his clients to have a wonderful real estate experience. Yanni Alvarez, also an Arizona native, has been licensed for 3 years and joined the team in 2020 as well. Yolanda Carola, who joined AHG in 2020, has the drive and motivation to learn and grow with the best team around! Thea Marr, from West Chester, PA, has been in the Phoenix Valley for five years. Joining the Real Estate industry and AHG in 2020, she comes packed with a sales background and the love of helping others! Nick DePaul started life in Chicago and went on to become a successful Arizona high school athlete. Nick uses that drive to work quickly and efficiently for his clients, understanding the importance of moving forward in every kind of market. Lastly, Selen Akcay, came to the team in late 2019, providing immense support to the team while presenting a superior client experience. Our hope is to educate our clients on the home buying and selling process and assure them that we will help them make a smart financial decision now, and in the future. Beyond that, our hope is to create clients and friends for life.
