When HSH Prince Alberto II and Princess Charlene of Monaco rang in the 2012 at the Inn at English Harbour, they had an opportunity to experience why The Inn at English Harbour was recognized by the A&B BUZZ as offering “The Best Sleep Experience.” Not only did the royals enjoy their opulent suite with panoramic views, but more importantly, the impeccable hospitality offered by the staff. As they relaxed in this tranquil setting they made many friends. Among their favorites were Restaurant Manager Wesley Dyer and Head Bartender, Neil Grant. Each day this “dynamite duo” made the royal couple’s favorite cocktails. They also introduced them to a variety of house specials that utilized produce from the organic garden at the Inn at English Harbour. These two members of staff were subsequently invited by HSH Prince Alberto II of Monaco to join him and his wife Princess Charlene in a pre race reception for the Grand Prix of Monaco 2012. The reception took place on Sunday 27th May 2012, at the Royal Palace of Monaco. “The superb service extended by all our staff

members left and indelible mark in the hearts of the royal couple. Mr. Dyer’s and Mr. Grant’s unique skills in blending drinks and cocktails with Caribbean flavors were highlighted at the grand reception where the crème de la crème were in attendance,” said General Manager, Mr. Fabio Giorgi. “Our employees not only represented The Inn but they were ambassadors for the island of Antigua and Barbuda,” Mr. Giorgi added.

"The Prince Cocktail" The Inn at English Harbour is pleased to introduce the "The Prince Cocktail." This light and refreshing signature drink is one of Prince Albert’s favorites. It utilizes local rum and fresh produce grown on property. Pineapple, aged rum, banana liquor, vodka and a slice of lime are the ingredients of this long drink which leads into the glass colors and tropical aromas. Best Served Perfect for an aperitif at sunset. “The Prince” is best served frozen with cherries and pineapple. The tender bar trick: use a very cold glass. The sour note of the lime juice should be balanced by the choice of a very ripe pineapple.

A Toast to the Royal Couple. Pause to savor the flavors and enjoy the hospitality at the Inn at English Harbour! For more information: The Inn at English Harbour, Antigua Tel. +1 268 460 1014 Fax +1 268 460 1603 theinn@candw.ag
