Nasce tra le verdi colline intorno a Lanciano, antico borgo e fiorente centro produtivo e commerciale dell’Abruzzo, in una piccola contrada chiamata Costa di Chieti. La titolare, la Signora Nicoletta Maddestra, ha scelto il suo nome ispirandosi all’antica casa costruita dal bisnonno nel 1925 all’interno della tenuta, le cui mura sono rivestite da un intonaco rosso in voga all’epoca. L’Azienda curata e gestita personalmente dalla Signora Nicoletta, succeduta nel lavoro vitivinicolo al padre e al nonno con dinamico spirito manageriale, ha un’astensione molto vasta di ottimo terreno tutto a vigneti di qualita’ Trebbiano e Montepulciano d’Abruzzo D.O.C. La raccolta viene effettuata a mano per garantire un’attenta e rigorosa selezione delle uve. La vinificazione viene seguita dall’enologo Dr. Vittorio Festa

This antique estate, a prosperous, productive and commercial estabilishment in Abruzzo, emerged among the green hills around Lanciano, in a small district called Costa di Chieti. The owner, Nicoletta Maddestra, chose its name having been inspired by the historic house built by her great grandfather in 1925 in the middle of the amlet. The walls of the building are decorated with a red plaster wich was in fashion at the time. The estate, run personally by Nicoletta, who follows her father and grandfather in the care of the vineyards with dynamic managerial spirit, has a vast extension of excellent land with Trebbiano and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo D.O.C. vineyards. Harvesting is done by hand to guarantee an attentive and rigorous selection of the grapes. The vinification is attended by the enologist Dr. Vittorio Festa
