TERMS - The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par at Fort Macleod, Alta. The right of property shall not pass until settlement is made. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released.
RETAINED INTERESTS - Brylor Ranch is retaining the right to possibly use a few of the bulls in this 2019 sale. Instead of retaining a 1/3 semen interest in selected lots, we will instead reserve the right to collect 100 straws of semen on any bull in the catalogue at our expense and the buyer’s convenience. Buyer otherwise owns the bull, except in the case of bulls denoted as 1/2 interest lots. BIDS - Every animal entering the sale ring will be sold to the highest bidder. A floor price will apply to each animal consigned.
DISPUTES - In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the last bid. was accepted by the auctioneer whose decision in such matters will be final.
