popular driver training program and safety and risk management solution have been integrated to offer fleets a onestop solution, according to ThoughtDrivers.The company’s SafetyBox software has been joined with ProTread from Instructional Technologies Inc. (ITI) to provide seamless integration with real-time driving records, accident management, regulatory compliance, human resources and risk-profile information as well as Pro-Tread’s remediation capabilities. “The innovative integration of these software packages enables fleets to manage employee training requirements with maximum efficiency, alerting employees to specific training assignments, and

OneView offers fleet visibility A
new web-based service promises real-time visibility into fleet operations, allowing managers to locate, track, monitor and even control inventory and assets. The OneView from Pedigree Technogies collects information from multiple sources and is available in vertical applications, including OneView for Fleet and Field Services. The service replaces onsite manual monitoring with remote services, such as notification when a refrigeration unit may need service. The program’s new Out of Service report can pinpoint vehicles which, based on travel distance and ignition time thresholds set by a manager, have available productivity, Navman said. The report displays average daily distances, average daily ignition time, average daily number of trips, total distances and total ignition time for all vehicles that fail to meet the designated thresholds. The update is the second enhancement in recent months. Previously, an executive summary report was added that consolidates performance indicators for multiple vehicle groups or an entire fleet on a single screen. “Identifying underutilized vehicles in a larger fleet has always been a challenge.
