On 15 November 2022, a discussion on “Introduction of the Extended Producer Responsibility system in the framework of the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA)” was held at Manoogian Hall of the American University of Armenia(AUA). During the event, the prospects of implementation of the EPA system in Armenia were discussed, the opinions of local and international experts in the field, the challenges and the lessons learned by countries with similar experiences were presented, and local initiatives for sustainable waste management were talked about.

On 8 November 2022, AmCham held a Tax, Customs, and Fiscal Policy (TCuFP) Committee meeting at DoubleTree by Hilton Yerevan City Centre. WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT (WFD) COMMITTEE MEETING
On 9 November 2022, AmCham and AWDA organized a joint meeting of Workforce Development (WFD) Committee at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan, an IHG Hotel. Mr. Sevak Hovhannisyan and Mr. Arman Udumyan,AWDA, made a presentation of main findings of the Skills Mismatch survey towards the enabling workforce development in Armenia. The presentation followed a discussion and idea generation session to further develop topics/ideas for joint work.
