proud to support

As the eldest child in her very large family, Regina has spent her lifetime dedicated to helping others. She formed her sole financial practice during the 2008 financial crisis, demonstrating perseverance when the going gets tough.

Regina attended West Virginia Northern Community College in Wheeling, WV, and Pennsylvania State University, where she studied business and finance. Her 25year career in financial services includes working for legacy firms that eventually became Wells Fargo Advisors.

Her ability to help clients address their financial concerns while developing strategies that focus on their individual and specific needs has been the basis of a dedicated approach to the personalization of comprehensive investment planning. While at Wells Fargo Advisors, she earned the distinction of being recognized as part of a select group of financial advisors who exceeded unique standards of care, including professionalism and education along with exceptional elements of client service.

With Kingsview Partners, Regina is a Partner and Wealth Manager, and as a member of a multi-location team, operates out of the Wyomissing, PA office.

Working under a fiduciary standard along with Kingsview’s multi-custodian, fee-based platform, she has the freedom to provide truly comprehensive client-centric strategies and services. These services include holistic financial planning, professional portfolio management, streamlined performance reporting, and collaboration with tax and legal professionals.

Regina is a champion to causes in the Greater Reading area and beyond that support families, and has a proven ability for extensive outreach when financial needs or supplies are required for community organizations. She has made a significant commitment to women’s professional development by mentoring college students and working with various organizations that promote scholarships and higher education. In 2007, she was honored nationally for her work in the community by Wachovia Securities. She has been highlighted on local television programs for her community work, and featured in the Reading Eagle newspaper and periodicals from the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance.

Shannon Qualters Class of 2023

Shannon Marie Qualters graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Addiction and Mental Health Counseling on May 13, 2023, with the pursuit of a master’s degree in Leadership beginning in July 2023. Shannon seeks to empower women, who are coming out of the system, and who suffer from past trauma and/or addictions and mental health concerns. Growing up in Kensington, life wasn’t the easiest, struggling with addiction, working through recovery, securing employment, and raising four daughters. However, when someone gave her a chance, Shannon knew she wanted to help others in similar situations get a chance to take back control of their lives. Today, Shannon is not only a proud college graduate and mother, but she is employed at Northeast Treatment Center.

Special Thank You to the Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation

The Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation is an independent foundation that began in 1979 and has since awarded more than $70 million to provide scholarships and fellowships in higher education. Newcombe Scholarships for Mature Women Students supports the completion of bachelor’s degrees by women who are twenty-five years of age or older and need financial assistance at selected colleges and universities.

Through the Charlotte W. Newcombe Scholarship Fund, a special gift from the Patricia Newman Estate, alumni, and friends, Alvernia has provided 53 mature women since the 2016-2017 academic year with financial support to complete their degrees.
