OPENING PLENARY

The Winning Combination For Goals - Terri Hill

Terri has spent her career reinventing herself and expanding her skills along the way. At the age of 24 she was told that she was “no longer a viable candidate to be a teacher” because she had been out of the classroom for 2 years. With the “teaching” door closed, she test-drove many careers including marketing director, advertising sales, financial advisor, and real estate agent. What she learned along the way was that constantly chasing for more knowledge didn’t necessarily equate to more success. Most of us know what to do. We just aren’t doing it. Learn how to close the gap between knowing and doing in this session including utilizing a professional personality assessment, so you can make progress towards your goals now, rather than later.

Connecting with Nature - 11:30 AM – 12:15 AM

Root Down & Grounded into Your True Being – Alli Blair-Snyder

As women we experience seasons, and we cycle, just like Mother Nature. In this group session, we will tap into the earths, and our own, naturally shifting energy. To know our path, and to expand out into our purpose, we must first know and align with where we are rooted. This session’s intention is that you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your personal seasons, a renewed sense of feminine connection with the earth’s natural cycles, and confidence in where you are grounded in your truest form of being.

Mother Earth Healing Energy - Lydia Rieger

Lydia Rieger will lead participants in a free-form conscious movement called TranscenDance™. All movement levels are welcome and you do not need to know anything about dance. TranscenDance™ is a powerful fusion of deep breathing, stretching, and free-form dancing. We will begin with simple stretches and slow-flowing movements. Then we will shift any stress or negative energy into joy and love. We will have fun by inviting the child inside us out to play. We will fill our own cups with our dance energy so we can not only take care of ourselves but also be able to serve others. We will invite healing energy into our bodies and minds and recognize our inner sanctuary of peace. Lydia’s three intentions for TranscenDance™ participants are that they shift any negative or stagnant energy, connect to their spirit, and have fun.

Connecting Through Storytelling – Jessica Warchal-King

This session guides participants in connecting their brains and bodies through storytelling. Participants will be led through a “Brain Dance,” a series of gentle movement pathways that can be completed from a seated or standing position. Neurological research that outlines the purpose and benefits of the Brain Dance will be presented. Participants will peer-share a simple personal narrative and collaborate on their own Brain Dance. Through storytelling, co-creation, and physical practice, participants will develop self and social awareness, connection, and joy.
