We strive to bring the freshness of outside into the meal. You need to please all kinds of clients by creating the experience - the executive for a meeting, the holiday goers, people visiting the Spa, restaurant goers and special occasions. The deli is a totally new experience to the estate. Clients have the option of enjoying a relaxed outdoor lunch on the terrace or sitting inside with cheese platters. We cater for both the local and international palate by culminating South African cuisines and flavour with European style.”
